We are looking for a Female HR Recruiter to join our team at Market HR Solutions to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and coordinating interviews. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 + ₹3,000 Incentives along with growth opportunities.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update job descriptions.

• Source and engage candidates via online platforms.

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates.

• Advertise openings on job portals and social media.

• Shortlist candidates and collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.

🔹 Job Requirements:

• Only Female candidates can apply

• The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate / Pursuing Graduation

• Experience: Freshers are welcome

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge of job portals & basic computer skills

• Positive attitude, sourcing techniques, and sound judgment

• Candidates must be open to working Monday – Saturday (10 AM – 7 PM)
