Job Summary

Mandot Securities Private Limited is hiring an HR Executive – Recruitment with exclusive experience in the broking and stock market industry. The candidate will handle the complete recruitment cycle for roles related to equity, derivatives, sales, dealers, and other capital market positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update job descriptions specific to broking and stock market roles

• Source and engage candidates from broking-focused job portals, databases, and references

• Screen resumes related to equity, derivatives, dealers, relationship managers, and sales roles

• Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews

• Coordinate with department heads to understand current and future hiring needs

• Advertise job openings on job portals and social media platforms

• Shortlist suitable candidates and schedule interviews

• Conduct background and reference checks

• Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate databases

Job Requirements

• Post Graduate qualification (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in HR recruitment within the broking / stock market industry (mandatory)

• Strong knowledge of capital market roles and hiring requirements

• Hands-on experience with resume databases and job portals

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong sourcing techniques and sound judgment

• Willingness to work 6 days a week
