Job Description:
Lead and manage the overseas recruitment team to achieve monthly and yearly deployment targets.
Coordinate with international clients to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely sourcing and placement.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews, documentation, and deployment.
Handle visa processing, emigration, and compliance with overseas recruitment laws and regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and candidates.
Ensure quality and timely delivery of CVs to clients while meeting project deadlines.
Train, mentor, and guide junior recruiters to improve team performance.
Prepare reports on recruitment activities, client satisfaction, and deployment status for management review.
Key Skills & Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in overseas recruitment, with at least 2–3 years in a team-leading role.
Strong knowledge of overseas hiring, visa, emigration, and documentation processes.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to lead, motivate, and monitor a team to achieve targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals (Naukri, Shine, etc.).
