Profile Summary: - As a HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and recruiting top talent for our organization. You will be responsible for identifying and attracting qualified candidates through various channels, evaluating their skills and qualifications, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Responsibilities: -  Source and recruit candidates through databases, job boards, social media, and other avenues.  Coordinate and conduct interviews with potential candidates.  Screen and evaluate candidates to determine their fit for the role and organization.  Create and assess assignments on language, logical reasoning, and aptitude to gauge candidate capabilities.  Compensation negotiation as per the company policy  Maintain & Manage MIS of Recruitment tracker from employee joining to exit  Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.  Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
