Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Conduct background verification and reference checks for selected candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience during every stage of recruitment.
Coordination & Documentation
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and databases.
Coordinate with hiring managers for interview feedback and selection decisions.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining kits.
Employer Branding
Support the HR team in employer branding initiatives like campus drives, social media hiring campaigns, and job fairs.
Represent the company professionally and positively in all interactions.
Onboarding & Induction
Support the onboarding process and assist in new joiner orientation programs.
Ensure smooth transition of new employees into the organization.
Other HR Support
Assist in maintaining employee files, HR MIS, and other administrative HR tasks as required.
Participate in HR projects such as engagement activities, policy implementation, and training coordination.
