Position: HR Recruitment Specialist

Location: Kolkata – Airport Branch Office

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary:

• ₹12,000 per month (Fixed)
  

• Incentives up to ₹10,000 per month (Performance-Based)
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
  

• Use job portals, databases, and social platforms for sourcing
  

• Communicate effectively with candidates for follow-ups and scheduling
  

• Maintain recruitment records and daily/weekly trackers
  

• Support documentation and ensure timely onboarding
  

• Meet defined hiring targets and timelines
  
  

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream
  

• 0.6 – 2 years of experience in recruitment (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply)
  

• Good command of MS Office tools (Excel, Word)
  

• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  

• Goal-oriented attitude with attention to detail
