Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and the company website.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct interviews and assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Manage candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
Provide feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Stay up to date with current recruiting trends and best practices.
Prior experience in hiring for Social Media Department roles—such as Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Content Writers, Social Media Managers, and Digital Marketing Executives—will be considered a strong plus.
