Job Description:
• Source and screen candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)
• Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates’ suitability
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system
• Manage job postings and ensure role visibility across channels
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and career events
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Handle offer rollouts and onboarding formalities
• Prepare and analyze recruitment reports and metrics
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as a recruiter (preferred but not mandatory)
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational and time-management skills
