Participate in job fairs and career events to network and attract potential candidates.
Ensure a great candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in both IT and non-IT roles.
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
