We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. You will play a critical role in ensuring we attract and hire the best talent while promoting our employer brand.
Source candidates using various channels (job portals, social media, networking, referrals).
Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further assessments.
Manage job postings on internal and external platforms.
Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, follow-ups, and feedback sessions.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment metrics.
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work.
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
