This is an FTC On-Site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist / HR Recruiter-

1. The TA Executive should have at least 3 + years of experience in blue and white collar hiring.
2. He will be responsible for conducting recruitment activities including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and assisting in the onboarding process.
3. Other day-to-day tasks include maintaining candidate databases, developing recruitment strategies, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
4. Strong Communication skill
5. Candidate from consumer electronics background will be preferred
6. Excellent in Stakeholder Management
7. Ability to maintain and manage candidate data effectively
8. Strong organizational and time-management skills
9. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
