Job Description – Recruiter (Invisia Software)
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (IST)

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our Invisia Software team. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of recruitment experience in BPO/ITES hiring, with exposure to IT hiring or a strong interest in learning IT recruitment. This role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a seamless recruitment process that aligns with company standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO (voice, non-voice, and support roles) and contribute to IT hiring requirements.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Ensure timely communication with candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience.

• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.

• Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets while ensuring quality of hires.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor hiring practices, and candidate availability.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Experience:

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in BPO/ITES hiring.

• Exposure to IT hiring will be an added advantage.

• Candidates with BPO recruitment experience and a willingness to learn IT hiring are encouraged to apply.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of BPO roles and skill requirements.

• Familiarity with IT hiring processes or interest in developing IT recruitment expertise.

• Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Goal-oriented with the ability to meet hiring deadlines.

Work Requirements

• Work from office in Bangalore.

• Must arrange own transportation.

Flexible to work in a 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM shift.
