Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage our end-to-end recruitment processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage Recruitment Processes: End-to-end management of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
2. Collaborate with Department Heads: Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs, requirements, and preferences.
3. Develop Recruitment Strategies: Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including job postings, social media advertising, and employee referrals.
4. Conduct Interviews and Assessments: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and fit for the role
