Job description -
· Have excellent understanding and knowledge of end-to-end recruiting process including sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiations and offer.
· Target driven and capability of hiring huge numbers.
· Good understanding of availability of talent pool for the required skills.
· LinkedIn and Networking through various forums .
· Organize and conduct Walk-ins as per the requirement.
· Follow-up with the candidates. Ensuring that the candidates is joining on time by keeping them engage.
· Negotiation with the candidates with their salary and joining date.
· Interacting with the clients on a regular basis for new requirements. Taking the feedback from the client and maintain the qualitative process .
