Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to manage the full
recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and
hiring great employees. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in
recruitment, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of various
recruitment platforms and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and
onboarding.
Collaborate with managers to create and update job descriptions.
Utilize diverse sourcing channels (e.g., job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, campus
hiring).
Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future needs.
Craft outreach messages to engage passive candidates.
Post job ads across multiple platforms and internal channels.
Screen applications, conduct interviews, and administer assessments.
Coordinate interviews and communicate feedback.
Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.
Manage job offers and respond to candidate inquiries.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout.
Support new hires during onboarding and integration.
Align recruitment efforts with business needs and workforce planning.
Maintain ATS records and track recruitment metrics for reporting.
Skills & Competencies:
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar HR role.
Proficient in sourcing techniques, ATS usage, and managing resume databases.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
Strong judgment and decision-making abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality support.
