Job Title: HR Recruiter (Fresher / Entry-Level)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will support the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing potential candidates to onboarding selected employees. This role is perfect for a fresher or early-career HR professional eager to learn the full recruitment cycle in a fast-paced organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in understanding job requirements and preparing job descriptions.

• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, and employee referrals.

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.

• Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate fit.

• Support onboarding activities and documentation for selected candidates.

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for future hiring needs.

• Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and HR software is an advantage.

• High attention to detail, organization, and time management.

• Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic HR environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or ATS software.

• Internship experience in recruitment or HR operations (preferred but not mandatory).

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
