About the Role:
Hiring Squad is looking for a BPO Recruiter with less than 1 year of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify potential candidates
2. Source and attract qualified candidates for open positions
3. Utilize various sources such as job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, employee referrals, and headhunting
4. Conduct proactive talent searches and engage in passive candidate sourcing techniques
5. Maintain candidate database with relevant information
6. Provide regular updates for the recruitment tracker and other reports
7. Screen relevant resumes and coordinate the entire interview process
8. Update candidates with relevant feedback

Candidate Preference:

▪️Qualification: Graduate

▪️< 1 years of BPO Recruiter experience.

▪️Hands-on experience & strong exposure with BPO Hiring.

▪️ Proven ability to source via multiple channels

Additional information:
Work Type: Full-time (Remote)
Work Schedule: 6 days working (2nd & 4th Saturday and all Sundays off)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Including 1 hour Break)
Salary: 12K-15K + Incentives (according to experience & skills acquired)
