Job Summary:

Hi-impact Consultant Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while managing attendance and biometric systems, assisting in event coordination, and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

✔ End-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)

✔ Manage job postings on various platforms and conduct initial candidate screenings

✔ Maintain and update attendance records through biometric systems

✔ Assist in organizing HR events, engagement activities, and training programs

✔ Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs

✔ Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements

✔ Handle documentation and ensure a seamless onboarding process

✔ Stay updated with industry trends and best hiring practices

Qualifications & Experience:

🎓 Education: Post-Graduation or any related field

📆 Experience: 0 - 2 years (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)
