Job Summary:

Opticore Consultancy is hiring dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiters to work on recruitment projects for Paytm. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates as per Paytm’s manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand hiring requirements shared by Paytm and create detailed job descriptions.

Source candidates using various job portals, social media, and internal databases.

Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/video interviews to assess candidates.

Schedule interviews with Paytm's HR/Managers.

Maintain candidate database and track hiring pipeline.

Ensure closures within defined timelines.

Coordinate for joining formalities and documentation of selected candidates.

Provide timely updates to the Opticore manager and Paytm SPOC.
