Key Responsibilities:
Understand hiring requirements for non-technical roles across departments.
Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, references, and direct outreach.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic or virtual interviews to assess fitment.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Track recruitment metrics such as candidate pipeline, offer conversions, and time-to-fill.
Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or Excel trackers.
Build and nurture a database of qualified professionals for recurring and bulk hiring needs.
Collaborate with external vendors or recruitment agencies when needed.
Ensure timely communication and a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Assist in onboarding formalities and documentation collection for selected candidates
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment (preferably non-IT or bulk hiring).
Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Shine, TimesJobs, Indeed, etc.
Good understanding of blue-collar, white-collar, or frontline hiring dynamics.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience working with ATS or recruitment databases is an advantage.
