8. Manage vacancies in the Workday system and ensure timely updates for business reviews with accurate data.
9. Manage and respond to job applications promptly and professionally.
10. Shortlist relevant candidates as per the job profile.
11. Evaluate candidates for cultural, behavioral, and financial fitment.
12. Demonstrate strong independent thinking and decision-making skills.
13. Share daily recruitment trackers and provide regular updates to the senior team.
14. Prepare offer comparisons and obtain approvals from the team.
15. Maintain a forecast list of future joiners and keep stakeholders informed.
16. Engage with offered candidates and ensure regular follow-up till joining.
17. Regularly connect with existing customers to understand their hiring needs.
