Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven HR Recruiter to manage our full recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will have experience hiring for technical roles and will play a key role in attracting top talent to meet our growing engineering and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical positions.

Work closely with department heads to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.

Post job openings on various job portals, social media, and company platforms.

Source candidates through databases, professional networks, referrals, and other channels.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical assessments.

Schedule and manage interviews with hiring managers.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain recruitment metrics, reports, and documentation.

Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment activities.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
