We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across our automobile showrooms and workshops. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, good communication, and experience hiring for automobile roles.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for roles such as Sales Consultant, Service Advisor, Technicians, CRE/CRM, Accounts Executive, RTO Executive, and Workshop Staff.
Manage complete recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, interview coordination, salary negotiation, and offer release.
Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Schedule interviews with department heads from Sales, Service, Accounts, RTO, and Admin.
Handle walk-in drives, bulk hiring, and urgent manpower requirements.
Assist with joining formalities, document collection, and induction support.
Maintain candidate tracking reports, daily hiring MIS, and open position reports.
Build networks with training institutes, placement partners, and industry professionals.
Represent the company in walk-in drives and recruitment events.
Good understanding of automobile industry job roles.
Strong sourcing skills (Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Excel & basic HR tools.
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment (automobile hiring preferred).
Experience in sales & service hiring will be an added advantage.
