Source and attract potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other innovative channels.
Screening resumes and applications, conducting initial interviews to identify strong matches.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and recruitment records.
Provide timely follow-up and regular communication with candidates throughout the process.
Assist with onboarding and documentation for new hires.
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs efficiently.
Ensure all recruitment practices comply with company policies and labor laws.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Skills:
Proficient in MS Office and major job portals such as Naukri and Indeed.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
