The HR Executive will manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate should be organized, people-oriented, and capable of supporting a fast-growing company environment.
Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and selecting candidates.
Publish job postings on job portals, social media, and other hiring platforms.
Maintain candidate pipelines and coordinate with hiring managers on manpower requirements.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities.
Conduct new-employee orientation and ensure smooth induction.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Maintain attendance, leave management systems, and employee documentation.
Assist in payroll coordination and monthly HR reports.
Manage HRMS entries, employee data updates, and compliance-related documentation.
Plan and execute team-building activities, engagement events, and celebrations.
Conduct periodic feedback sessions to improve employee satisfaction.
Assist with performance evaluation cycles, goal setting, and appraisal documentation.
Track employee performance and support managers in addressing performance concerns.
Ensure adherence to company HR policies and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.).
Update policies as needed and communicate changes to staff.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
1–3 years of experience in HR (Consulting industry experience is a plus).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with HRMS, recruitment portals, and MS Office.
Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work independently.
