The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with company needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions for open positions.

Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to shortlist suitable candidates.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.

Build strong professional relationships with potential candidates and external agencies.

Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.

Promote the company’s brand as a “great place to work.”

Stay updated on current recruiting trends and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or staffing agency).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS systems.
