We are looking for a passionate and proactive HR Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. You will manage the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring that Elvomax continues to attract and onboard top talent to fuel our expansion.
Handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and job requirements.
Draft and post job advertisements on job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and social platforms.
Source candidates through databases, networking, headhunting, and referrals.
Conduct telephonic/virtual interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and reports.
Ensure an engaging and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Assist in onboarding and support HR activities such as documentation and employee engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of proven experience as an HR Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Executive.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques and familiarity with major job portals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring priorities in a fast-paced, growing organization.
Basic understanding of HR operations and policies will be an added advantage.
