Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to find top talent through job boards, social media, career fairs, networking, and referrals.
Post job openings on various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.) and ensure a wide range of candidates are attracted to the role.
Proactively search for passive candidates and build a pool of potential candidates for future needs.
Screening & Interviewing:
Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates based on qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders.
Conduct behavioral interviews and ensure consistency and fairness in the interview process.
Candidate Engagement:
Provide an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring clear, prompt communication throughout the recruitment process.
Answer candidate questions regarding roles, company culture, benefits, and any other inquiries related to the hiring process.
Act as a brand ambassador for the company, ensuring candidates have a positive impression of the company, whether they are selected or not.
Offer Management:
Work with hiring managers to extend job offers to selected candidates.
Negotiate compensation packages and other offer details in line with the company’s policies and budget.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation of job offers, and communicate the next steps to candidates.
Onboarding Support:
Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Assist with paperwork, background checks, and other pre-employment activities.
Help organize orientation programs and ensure new employees are set up for success from day one.
Data Management & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of candidates, interviews, and hiring processes in the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and sourcing effectiveness.
Provide regular updates and reports to the HR team and hiring managers on recruitment progress.
Collaboration & Consultation:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and the company’s strategic goals.
Provide advice and recommendations on improving recruitment practices and strategies.
Act as a point of contact for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle.
Compliance & Best Practices:
Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to labor laws and the company’s equal opportunity and diversity policies.
Keep updated on HR best practices, industry trends, and changes in employment law.
