We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, sourcing top talent, building candidate pipelines, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Handle end-to-end recruitment process from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to define role specifications.
Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus hiring.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fit.
Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and follow-up with candidates.
Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
Stay updated on market trends and best practices in recruitment.
Assist in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Good understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Goal-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment (IT).
Freshers with strong communication skills and passion for HR may also be considered.
