Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition
Identify staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
Source candidates using job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from requisition to onboarding.
2. Candidate Management
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to final onboarding.
3. Coordination & Administration
Prepare and post job descriptions on various job boards.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
Coordinate background checks, offer letters, and joining formalities.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
4. Continuous Improvement
Analyze hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) to improve recruitment processes.
Suggest new sourcing methods and technologies to attract top talent
