Position: HR Recruiter
Experience: 0–1 Year
Gender Preference: Female Candidate
Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, references, and networking.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Support HR team in other day-to-day activities as required.
Female graduate/postgraduate (MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment cycle and sourcing techniques.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Eager to learn and grow in HR domain.
