Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to shortlist candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with client companies.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and joining updates.
Maintain accurate daily trackers and reports of candidates sourced and interviewed.
Ensure all candidates meet required job specifications and qualifications.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Minimum qualification: Graduate (Any stream)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
Experience in recruitment or HR consultancy (preferred but not mandatory)
