Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.
Handle documentation and assist with HR operations when required.
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools & job portals.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
