Key Responsibilities:
· Handle the entire recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
· Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
· Draft and publish accurate job descriptions tailored for diagnostics industry roles.
· Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and healthcare/diagnostics-specific platforms.
· Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
· Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
· Manage offer roll-outs, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
· Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for roles like pathologists, lab technicians, phlebotomists, radiologists, sales & marketing executives, and operations staff, Customer support, Compliance & Regulatory.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and healthcare regulations during hiring.
