Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to support our recruitment process by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a good understanding of recruitment strategies, and a passion for building strong talent pipelines to meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions

• Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals

• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone or video interviews, and shortlist candidates

• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process

• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases

• Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs and campus recruitment

• Prepare and extend job offers in coordination with HR and management

• Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition

• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management

• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new sourcing techniques

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and handle multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously

• Knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations is a plus
