We are looking for an HR Recruiter who can independently manage end-to-end hiring activities. The person will be responsible for posting job vacancies on multiple platforms, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and ensuring smooth communication with candidates.
Post job requirements on various job portals and social media platforms.
Screen and shortlist resumes based on job criteria.
Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Maintain a daily tracker of candidates contacted, screened, and scheduled.
Follow up with candidates for interview confirmation and joining.
Coordinate with department heads for specific hiring needs.
Create and maintain a candidate database for future requirements.
Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Ability to handle multiple openings at the same time.
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
Basic MS Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
Graduation in any field (HR preferred).
0–1 years of recruitment experience (freshers with good communication can also apply).
