The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and organizational skills and a passion for finding the right talent to drive company success.

Job description:
• Source candidates through job portals

• Screen resumes

• Schedule and coordinate interviews

• Strong understanding of recruitment process.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Maintain employee records - attendance, leave, performance, etc.

• Build and Maintain a pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs.

Qualifications:

• Only freshers should apply.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.

  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
    

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of HR best practices and labor legislation

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software tools

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
