We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring the best talent to meet business requirements while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
Post job openings on job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Use recruitment tools, databases, and headhunting techniques to identify suitable candidates.
Conduct initial HR screening to evaluate candidate fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Manage offer roll-outs and ensure smooth onboarding.
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job portals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
