Recruiter/Sr Recruiter Roles and Responsibilities: • Managing the entire hiring process from sourcing through offer acceptance and start • ·Follow up with candidates and bringing the recruitment offers to a successful closure with follow-up till the on boarding. • Providing guidance and support to hiring managers and recruiting team members • Sourcing Candidates from various portals like LinkedIn, Naukri.com & other social sites. • Handling first round of interviews to assess the candidate’s competencies and attitude. • Maintaining Recruitment MIS • Maintain recruitment master tracker and have recruitment related data readily available. • Should be adept in understand the business requirement and provide support. • Should be quick on addressing any escalation or query coming from hiring managers • Should educate hiring managers on market trends on the roles that you are hiring Skills: • · Active, Quick learner, Self-motivated, self-driven & possess positive attitude. • · At least a graduate • · Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience. • · Have good verbal and written communication skill
