We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team at Careergate Solutions. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for various roles, primarily in the BPO and customer service sectors.

✅Key Responsibilities:

Understand job requirements from clients and hiring managers.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.

Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients.

Maintain candidate database and follow up on feedback.

Ensure daily/weekly/monthly targets are met.

Maintain strong candidate and client relationships.

Freshers or experienced (0–6months) can apply.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of recruitment life cycle.

Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Graduation (any stream) preferred.
