Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in recruitment, preferably in a recruitment firm or fast-growing organization.
Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, onboarding).
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for engaging candidates and hiring partners.
Proficiency in recruitment databases for tracking and managing applications.
