2. prepare job description.
3. Source the potential candidates from various job portals.
4. screen the resumes of the candidates.
5. conduct the telephonic interview of the candidates.
6. Shortlist the candidates.
7. schedule the interview with the company.
8. Build a candidate relationship.
9. follow up with the candidates and the company
10. Joining with company.
Working Shifts: 10:15 AM to 7:30 PM
