Job Summary

We are hiring an energetic HR Recruiter who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment — from sourcing to onboarding. This is a great opportunity to work with startups, corporates, and industry leaders while enhancing your recruitment career.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete recruitment lifecycle (Sourcing to Onboarding)

Use platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed for proactive sourcing

Screen and assess candidates based on client requirements

Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with hiring managers

Maintain accurate candidate databases and track recruitment metrics

Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates

Stay updated with hiring trends and sourcing strategies

Handle salary negotiations and offer roll-outs

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Admin, or related fields

1–3 years of recruitment experience (preferably in a consultancy)

Knowledge of job portals, Boolean search, and social hiring

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Strong decision-making, time management, and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office & recruitment tools
