We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist with a strong background in non-IT recruitment and hands-on experience in manufacturing or agrochemical plants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, employee coordination, and basic administrative operations at both the office and factory levels.
This role requires someone who understands the dynamics of a production setup, has experience dealing with workers and staff, and can ensure smooth HR processes aligned with company standards and compliance.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for staff, technical, and plant-level roles across departments.
Partner with functional heads to identify manpower needs and close positions within defined timelines.
Manage recruitment drives, walk-ins, and vendor coordination for factory roles.
Oversee employee onboarding, induction, and documentation for plant and office employees.
Coordinate with factory supervisors and department heads to manage workforce requirements.
Assist in managing attendance, leave, and shift scheduling in coordination with factory HR teams.
Support administrative functions — housekeeping, security, canteen, and general facility management.
Maintain employee data, personal files, and HRMS entries accurately.
Ensure smooth communication between office HR and plant teams.
Contribute to employee engagement and welfare activities.
Assist with compliance documentation and coordination during audits or inspections.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in HR (Recruitment + Generalist) within manufacturing / agrochemical / chemical / FMCG sectors.
Strong understanding of factory operations, workforce coordination, and basic admin functions.
Proven experience managing blue-collar and staff recruitment.
Knowledge of labour laws, factory systems, and HR documentation.
Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
