Handle the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews).
Understand manpower requirements from department heads (Sales, Marketing, Site, Admin, etc.).
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and internal referrals.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and department heads.
Maintain a candidate database and track hiring status.
Prepare and share daily or weekly recruitment reports with management.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment (Real Estate or Sales hiring preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using job portals and social media platforms for hiring.
Ability to handle multiple openings simultaneously.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
