Talent Acquisition:
1. Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and other innovative sourcing strategies.
2. Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the requirements of the job role and fit within the company culture.
3. Conduct initial interviews (via phone or in-person) to assess candidates' skills, experience, and career aspirations.
4. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Recruitment Process Management:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and feedback collection.
2. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tools.
3. Ensure timely communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:
1. Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
2. Provide feedback and insights on market trends and hiring processes to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
Candidate Experience:
1. Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and ensuring smooth coordination throughout the recruitment process.
2. Build and maintain relationships with candidates for future opportunities.
Reporting & Metrics:
1. Track and report on recruitment metrics (time to hire, cost per hire, etc.) to assess the efficiency of recruitment strategies.
2. Ensure compliance with recruitment and HR policies and procedures.
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 1-2 years Experience in HR recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
· Familiarity with various recruitment tools and job boards.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
· Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
