Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Continuous interaction with the business units to know their requirements and with the panels.

• Handling drives and Online Interviews.

• Verification for duplication.

• Maintain of each and every candidates profile with full details like education, contact details, technical comments, comments, Reference check, background verification etc.

• Maintain weekly status lists of all activities, i.e., candidates interviewed, screened, and hired.

• Follow up with clients for the status of candidates processed, or shortlisted or interviewed or selected or joined.

• Maintaining a good repo with candidates and following up with the candidates after joining and after completion of their probation period.

• Smooth effective and efficient process ahead.

• Co-ordination with the Manger for the Issue of Offer letters to the Qualified Candidates.

• Handling onboarding process.
