The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in daily operations and HR documentation. This internship provides hands-on exposure to core HR functions and an opportunity to learn and develop professional HR skills.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in payroll support activities such as attendance tracking and leave management.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and training sessions.
Provide support in performance management and appraisal-related tasks.
Conduct basic research on HR policies, compliance, and best practices.
Perform general administrative and back-office duties for HR operations.
Strong interest in HR functions and people management.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in a team environment.
