HR & Recruitment:
Manage end-to-end hiring for Malta-based job roles.
Coordinate with internal teams and overseas clients to understand hiring needs.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates via portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and assist with visa/documentation.
Maintain trackers and ensure smooth onboarding.
Stay informed on Malta/EU hiring laws and visa protocols.
Business Development:
Identify & approach potential clients in Malta and Europe.
Build strong client relationships and understand staffing needs.
Promote services to educational institutions and agencies.
Draft proposals, client decks, and participate in virtual/client meetings.
Work with internal teams to ensure service delivery.
Non-tech: Recruitment, Business Development, Client Coordination, Documentation
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Strong organizational & multitasking ability
Proficiency in MS Office, job portals, LinkedIn, CRM tools
Familiarity with EU/Malta hiring & visa processes is highly desirable
