Job Description:

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to join our team at Anal Global Services Pvt. Ltd.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for the organization.
The role involves identifying potential candidates, interviewing, evaluating them, and ensuring smooth onboarding.

This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12,000–₹15,000 per month along with performance-based incentives.
👉 No charges or fees will be taken from candidates — this is a direct company hiring.
👉 Salary accounts will be opened by the company through Axis Bank, and the company will directly credit the salary every month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update job descriptions for open positions.

• Source and engage potential candidates through various job portals and social media.

• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/video interviews, and shortlist candidates.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.

• Maintain recruitment databases and prepare daily hiring reports.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and sourcing techniques.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Freshers and experienced both can apply.

• Male/Female both candidates are welcome.

Working Days & Timing:

• 6 days working (Monday to Saturday).

• Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
